Last night my family and i had dinner at luigis for the first time to this location. It was very pleasurable evening. Our watrress, April, was amazing! She had a smile on her face, was super sweet. Quick service, with everything. I feel the wait staff is what makes or breaks a dinning experience, and she was wonderful! The meal was fantastic! We will definitely be returning!
Friendly hometown spot with all locals. Suggest resverations place is packed. They got us in super fast. Huge plates of food, pricing like Olive garden but much better.
This was our first time there and we picked it because it had good reviews. We had a wait time of about 30 min, which is understandable but after we were seated, we waited 15-20 min just for our server to come greet us and take our order. Then we waited another 25 min just to get our drinks (which was water). The server was very short with us and seemed to have an attitude but I noticed was very personable with other guests that seemed to be regular customers there.
Our waitress left a lot to be desired. She was rude and took forever to take our order. We ordered the bruschetta which is traditional and doesn't come with cheese on it. The vinaigrette was on the bottom of the plate so you didn't get much flavor from it. The bread was stale and really burnt. The traditional pan crust was also burnt around The outside however The middle was excellent. The cheesecake in the cooler looked amazing however upon tasting it you could tell it was not fresh. It tasted like refrigerator.
We waited about 25 minutes to be seated which is understandable, but the service was absolutely terrible! It took 20 minutes before the waitress came back to take our food and drink order and another 15 minutes just to come back with the drinks (3 waters and a sprite). The waitress had an attitude towards us but seemed friendly with the "regulars" at the table next to us. Our food came out 45 minutes later and was mediocre to say the least. The pizza was undercooked and soggy from sitting in a puddle of grease... Wish I would have taken a picture cause it could almost be considered soup. The linguini wasn't strained before they added extremely bland and sugary marinara sauce to it. The waitress took nearly 30 minutes before asking "everything good?" and walking away. Then another 15 minutes to bring us the checks. We should have walked out right away. Don't waste your time and money here!
