Clean average hotel. Pool and hot tub were fine. The breakfast was very good.
This may not be the place for none Whites to stay. My room and coworker was not cleaned after returning from work. We brought it to the attention of staff, and the rooms were cleaned the next day. However, the pillows were troughen on the bed in a manner that lets us know or presence was unwanted. Furthermore, the food I left in the room was moved, which makes me feel the necessity to trough it out. I'm really not happy with my stay, and my coworker feels likewise. I'm checking out in the morning but just wanted to warn future guests about the service here.
Great hotel. The receptionist was courteous and professional. She made the check-in process flawless. The bed, room, and breakfast food was great.

Decent hotel experience. The rooms and decor have been recently updated and are clean, though some wear and tear is still visible. It's not a 5 star hotel experience but it's completely acceptable, much better than the Shawano Boarders. I will stay here again.
