I have never been treated so poorly in my life by anyone in my life as martin jewelry treated me today. All I was looking for was his expert opinion and he talked down to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. He seemed very upset with me and others. Hope this was just a bad day for him and not a normal business situation for him.
We went to a Waupaca Jewelry Store to fix my 95 year old Father's watchband. They stated they see this problem all the time, that the band could not be repaired, that the coral and turquoise band would have to be removed and be replaced with one of their standard bands. The next day we brought the same band to Martin Jewelers. They were able to repair the band in less than 5 minutes, for less than 5 dollars; making a 95 year old very, very happy. We have taken a cuckoo clock that was found in a relative's attic in pieces to Martin Jewelers and they were able to repair it and bring it back to life. Also, when one of our family members was looking to replace a sentimental piece of jewelry, Martin Jewelers was able to best replicate the piece, at the best price after comparison shopping. I definitely recommend giving Martin Jewelers a try!

I visit Shawano regularly from the Twin Cities and dropped off my wedding ring to repair a crack. It was ready when promised - shiny and polished. They even traced in a part of the engraving on the inside that had been affected by the repair. Great work!
