I am the owner/manager of Staff of Life. I am sorry to see that Amanda P had such uncomfortable experiences shopping here. I am so proud of my friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff, so hopefully if you ever come back in, you will have a better experience.
I have visited and purchased items from Staff of Life about five times now. I enjoy the store and feel grateful to have local access to the items Staff of Life offers. I have, however, noticed an uncomfortable, cold vibe from the manager/owner(?) during each visit. I don't consider myself a difficult customer. I always know exactly what I want and require minimal assistance. It certainly could just be my imagination, but I definitely would rather order my items online from a different retailer than have to go into the store.
I love this store! If I can't find what I need, the Staff of Life people will order it for me, and let me know when I can come pick it up. I recently changed my eating habits, and added supplements that are only available at this local store. It's a pleasant, helpful atmosphere, and I appreciate the variety of products for spiritual and physical health.
