I bought from here a few times. Its was always good result. No complaints.
The colors of the bouquet were similar as stated when I ordered but the quantity and design of the arrangement sent were inferior compared to the picture advertised. What was sent I could have bought at Walmart for 1/3 of the price. I live over 700 miles from the delivery so I expected better service from a small town business.
I was sending flowers for a colleague of mine. They didn't have what I wanted in stock, so they replaced the order with a rubber plant and fake, silk flowers. When I called to complain, the only offered me 10% off my next order. No refund. No re-delivery of fresh flowers. The woman was very rude. The woman I spoke to said that's what the owner was offering. When I asked to speak to the owner myself, she suddenly wasn't there and not available until the next day. I will be calling.
